AIMamaShop ("we", "us") is based in Singapore. This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website and by email, why we collect it, and how we look after it, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you send us an enquiry, we collect the details you choose to give us. This includes your name, email address, the type of business you run, your business name and country, and what you tell us about your task and how you handle it today.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange an online chat
- To understand your task and prepare a proposal
- To carry out any project you decide to go ahead with
We won't use your details for any other purpose without asking you first.
How we store it and who can see it
Enquiries sent through the form are passed to our email inbox by a form delivery service (Web3Forms). We may also keep a copy on our own device. Only AIMamaShop can access your information. We don't sell your personal data, and we don't share it with anyone for marketing.
If a project needs a technical partner, we'll tell you before sharing any of your details with them.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent for us to use it. Email us at hello@aimamashop.com and we'll respond as soon as we can.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when you visit.
